Who is oncuci?
oncuci is an online betting platform designed and built with a clear focus on the needs of Malaysian players. Since launching, oncuci has placed serious attention on three key areas: player account security, the speed of financial processes, and a regularly updated variety of game options.
oncuci operates under international licensing, ensuring every deposit and withdrawal transaction is processed to established standards. Players do not need to worry about the safety of their funds — every withdrawal is completed within 10 to 45 minutes, with a minimum deposit as low as RM20.
At oncuci, we believe Malaysian players deserve a high standard of service. That is why our customer support team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in two languages — Malay and English — via live chat and email. Whether it is late at night or a public holiday morning, the oncuci support team is ready to help.
Beyond service, oncuci also prioritises fair gameplay. All slot games available on the platform come from internationally licensed developers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play and JILI. For live casino fans, baccarat, roulette, blackjack and sic bo are available, all run by live dealers in real time. For sports fans, betting covers a wide range of leagues and tournaments including the Malaysia Super League, EPL and many more.
We also provide a broad range of payment methods so that Malaysian players from all backgrounds can make deposits and withdrawals with ease — including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and also cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.
Note: oncuci is only for players aged 21 and above. We are committed to responsible gambling and encourage all players to set their own personal limits.
